01 / Participation Requirement

Registering does not constitute proof of attendance. To receive the certificate, IARCOR must confirm your full participation in the event and verify one of the two membership requirements explained below.
Official issue in preparation. Official certificates are not yet issued through this new portal. Documents identified as TEST are system trials and are not valid.
02 / Membership Condition
Two ways to comply
the Premium condition.
In both cases, full validated attendance is required. Having Premium today does not, in itself, guarantee the status of a previous event.
Active Premium
from beginning to end.
Your membership must cover the entire duration of the event, from start to finish. The validity period will be checked for those dates.
Purchase or renewal
confirmed in time.
If you did not have Premium during the entire event, you can fulfill this condition with a purchase or renewal whose payment is confirmed after its completion and within seven days.
The purchase or renewal is evaluated for the corresponding event. It does not automatically enable certificates for all previous events.
03 / The subsequent deadline
What matters is
Payment confirmed.
The deadline is calculated from the end of the event according to your time zone. Check the date and time deadline applicable to your event.
Placing an order within the deadline is not enough if the payment is confirmed after the deadline.
Attendance validation and issuance can be completed later if you met the membership requirement on time.
04 / After the broadcast
Your document remains
in your history.
Once issued, the certificate is retained even after your membership expires. Premium expiration does not automatically eliminate your right to download it again.

Before requesting your certificate.
Does watching the recording replace attending the event?
No. The recording is for reference and review purposes only. It does not replace the full attendance required for the certificate of participation.
What happens if I purchased Premium during the event?
If that purchase doesn't cover the entire duration of the event, the case requires review. Contact the team and specify the event and your order before making another purchase.
Should I receive the certificate within seven days?
No. That's the payment deadline for purchasing or renewing tickets after the event. Attendance verification and ticket issuance can be completed later if the requirements were met on time.
Is it the same as a program certification?
This guide applies to certificates of participation for webinars and events. Certifications for training programs have their own requirements and assessments. Please consult the information for the program you are interested in.
